DONELIX operates donelix.com and provides the services described on it. This policy explains how personal data of those who use this site is collected, used, and protected.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the owner of the DONELIX studio. Privacy contact: support@donelix.com.
2. What data is collected
Data you provide directly: when using the contact form or emailing — name (if provided), email, and your message content. When subscribing to the newsletter — email and preferred language.
Automatically collected data (only with your cookie consent): IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referral source, via Google Analytics 4. If you decline, no browsing data is collected.
Client data: if you hire a service, the information needed to deliver it and billing data (payments are processed by PayPal; DONELIX never stores card data).
3. How data is used
- Respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest / consent).
- Deliver the contracted service (contract performance).
- Send the newsletter (explicit consent).
- Improve the site via analytics (consent).
- Comply with legal obligations.
Data is not used for personalized advertising, sale to third parties, automated profiling with legal effects, or unsolicited commercial contact.
4. Cookies
This site uses cookies. See the Cookie Policy for detail and management. The banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies.
5. Retention
- Contacts: up to 2 years from last communication, or until you request deletion.
- Clients: the period required by law for invoices and contracts (generally 5-7 years).
- Subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: maximum 14 months.
6. Who data is shared with
Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. It is shared only with necessary technical providers: Hostinger (hosting), Google Analytics (analytics, with consent), Brevo (newsletter), Tawk.to (chat, if used), and PayPal (payments). All act as processors under contract.
7. International transfers
Some providers (Google, PayPal) may transfer data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
8. Your rights

Reasonable technical and organizational measures apply: HTTPS across the site, restricted data access, and high-security passwords. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a breach affecting you, notification will be made per regulations.
10. Minors
Services are aimed at businesses and persons over 18. No data is knowingly collected from minors.
